Thank you for shopping on the Gonsenhauser Fine Rugs online store.
Our store fulfills orders in two ways:
1. Collection
Select the Collection at checkout and self-collect your rug from our Cape Town Showroom at: The Palms Centre, 145 Sir Lowry Rd, Woodstock. Most rugs are kept in stock but please check that your order is ready before coming to collect.
2. Delivery
Select Delivery option at checkout and your order will be shipped to you by us directly. Our Admin team will be in touch with you after you've successfully placed an order, to organise the best day and time to deliver your items. Please retain your Order Confirmation email and Order number for easy tracking. For any queries regarding your delivery please contact us.
